Are there any benefits to signing up for an account with CIRTA?

Yes, there are many benefits. Most of the benefits you'll find most helpful are available when you become a CIRTA Official. Although an account is not required to attend camps, you’ll want to stay in the loop for important updates from Supervisor/Group Leaders. Monthly newsletters from them could help you get hired.

Do I need to register for an account with CIRTA to sign up for camp?

No, it is optional. When you sign up for a CIRTA sponsored event, you’ll have the option to create a CIRTA Standard account at the same time.

In order to become a CIRTA Official Member, do I need to sign up for an account?

Yes. An account will be required. A CIRTA Group Leader account will provide access to exclusive features to improve your officiating skills. A CIRTA Standard account is required for purchases from our store.

How much does a CIRTA account cost?

FREE. If you receive a contract from our Supervisors, you’ll need to pay the Membership Fee, which includes your Official's account.

I signed up for a CIRTA account. Now what?

If you haven’t confirmed your email, check the confirmation email sent to you. When you log in for the first time, you’ll be directed to a welcome page. Complete your profile setup to ensure you stay updated on quizzes and opportunities to get hired by Supervisors and Group Leaders.

How do I know if I have been hired as a CIRTA Official?

You’ll receive an email from the Supervisor recognizing your accomplishments. You may also receive a welcome email from Arbitersports. Make sure to set up your profile on Arbitersports as well.

I received an email from Arbitersports welcoming me to CIRTA. What do I do next?

Congratulations! If you haven’t signed up for an account here at CIRTAVB.COM, you should do so by clicking here. The Web Administrator will then upgrade your account to a CIRTA Officials account.

I signed up for an account with CIRTA, but still have not been granted access to upgrade my account. Should I worry?

Check your profile under "CIRTA Membership Status" to see if you’ve been granted upgrade access. If it’s been over 2-3 days after the Arbitersports Welcome email, contact us if you still don’t have access.

How long is my account valid?

The Non-Official account is FREE and does not need to be renewed. If you received a contract from CIRTA, you’ll be required to pay the Membership Fee and accept the Staff Contract agreements.

When is the camp?

CIRTA hosts annual boys and girls volleyball officiating camps. Please check the website for exact details.

How do I apply or attend?

You will need to apply online when registration opens each year around February.
