utrr.jpeg

"Logan and Taylor, our two oldest sons, have been on an extraordinary journey through their volleyball careers. From their early days at Jesuit High School in Sacramento to their recent triumphs in the NCAA, their dedication and passion for the sport have been unwavering."
- Steve Marks,Jr

Both Logan and Taylor began their volleyball journey at Jesuit High School in Sacramento. Known for its rigorous academic programs and competitive athletics, Jesuit High School provided the perfect environment for their talents to flourish. Under the guidance of skilled coaches and the support of a tight-knit community, Logan and Taylor developed their skills and showcased their potential as top-tier athletes.

Following their high school careers, Logan and Taylor both enrolled at California Lutheran University (Cal Lutheran), where they continued to excel on the volleyball court. Their time at Cal Lutheran culminated in an unforgettable achievement: winning the university's first-ever NCAA Division III Volleyball Championship.

kdkdkd.jpegIn an exhilarating final match against Vassar, the Cal Lutheran team, with Logan and Taylor playing pivotal roles, secured a historic victory. This triumph was a testament to their hard work, determination, and the exceptional coaching they received at Cal Lutheran. You can read more about this milestone victory [here].

The post-season reflections on their journey from start to finish are beautifully captured in an article on FrogJump Volleyball. The article provides insights into the team's preparation, challenges, and ultimate success. It highlights the dedication of Logan, Taylor, and their teammates, offering a glimpse into the mindset of champions. You can read the full article [here].

For those who missed the live action, the NCAA has full replays of both the semifinal and championship matches. Relive the thrilling moments of the semifinals against Stevens [here], and the championship match against Vassar [here].

As Logan and Taylor embark on the next chapter of their volleyball careers, they have transferred to Jessup University in Rocklin to play their final college-eligible season under Coach Kyle Steele. Jessup University, known for its competitive athletics and strong academic programs, is an ideal place for them to conclude their collegiate volleyball journey.

Under the leadership of Coach Steele, who brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success, Logan and Taylor are poised to make significant contributions to the Jessup volleyball program. We are excited to see how their final season unfolds and are confident that they will continue to demonstrate the same level of excellence and sportsmanship that has defined their careers thus far.
